Shipments to all countries will be shipped via the courier DHL and SDA.
Shipments destined for countries inside the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation declaring the value of the merchandise.
All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union, as required by Customs regulations, are accompanied by an invoice or proforma invoice declaring the value of the merchandise.
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an email from specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.


Shipment to Italy is free of charge for order over 50,00 Euro, while all other orders orders under 50,00 Euro will be charged 7,00 Euro.
Deliveries within UE are free of charge for orders over 200,00 Euro.
To all other orders shipment fees will be applied according to the final destination and volume of the package.

Estimated shipping fees for the rest of the world:
Europe – European Union: 18,00 – 20,00 Euro
Europe – Non European Union: 20,00 – 40,00 Euro
USA: 30,00 Euro Duties and taxes excluded.
Latin America, Asia, Australia and Oceania, Africa: 40,00 – 50,00 Euro Duties and taxes excluded.

All shipments destined for countries outside the European Union could be charged with duties and taxes according to the final destination country regulations.


Italy: Items in stock will be dispatched within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. 3/4 days may be required for the islands.

Estimated shipping time for the rest of the world:
Europe – European Union and Non European Union: 2/3 business days. 2-3 extra business days for remote areas.
USA: 2/3 business days according to the final destination
Latin America, Asia, Australia and Oceania, Africa: 3/5 business days

During Christmas season, sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer. Orders completed the day before or during Italian and German holidays (for orders outside the Italian territory) may also have delays.
Maison 203 cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Maison 203.


If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, Credit or Refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
Items must not have been worn or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Items must be returned with original Maison 203 package and with all labels and other accessories received with the order.

The client is responsible for costs of return delivery which must be shipped within 14 days from the order’s date to Maison 203. In case of exchange the new article to be shipped is free delivery.

Size or Colour Exchange
Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same Item Code is available with the same price.

As soon as the return has been processed, the Client will receive a code for the total value of the returned items. The credit is not cumulative with other store credits and can be used one time only within three months of the return. The credit must be used in its entirety on an order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Maison 203.
For orders paid by Credit Card with Paypal or by Bank Wire Transfer, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10 days. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above. reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees. reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
